New Patient Registration

Our practice is now accepting online registration and this is open to all residents within the practice catchment area.

To register with a GP practice visit the website:

On the website you will be asked to enter your postcode and based on the area you live you will get a list of GP practices available to choose from.


Please select a GP practice, where you will be asked to fill a form and provide two proof of identity (i.e. Passport/driving license /rental agreement/utility bill) submit your personal information so that we can register you.


Your registration will be processed within five working days and you will be contacted by the GP practice about the next steps of registration.


We also welcome in-practice registration and will be happy to help you if you are unable to register online. Please check that your postcode is within our catchment area by visiting the above website.

Following your registration you will be required to have a new patient check to enable your registration to be fully complete and a receptionist will contact you be telephone and an appointment will be made by the receptionists accordingly with the nurse for a new patient medical.

Named GP

Dr Padma Gooty will be your named accountable GP who will be responsible for your overall care. But you can book appointments with any regular GP.  If you have a preference as to which GP you are allocated, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.
