Access to General Practice
Due to the coronavirus outbreak, how you contact us will be different at the moment. This is to limit face-to-face contact whenever possible and help stop the spread of coronavirus. Your GP practice is open, please do not come to the surgery unless you have an appointment. Face-to-face appointments are available to all patients, but you may be asked to discuss your conditions over the phone or online first to assess what would be most appropriate for you. To book an appointment please call on 020 8554 3014 or 0208 554 6287 or book via patient access https://www.patientaccess.com/ or NHS app. You can also call NHS 111. If you are asked to come into the surgery for a face-to-face appointment, please remember to wear a face covering. Measures are in place to keep you safe from infection during your visit to the surgery. If you are waiting for a check-up, please be assured we will be in touch.
Flu walk-in clinic
Flu is a serious and potentially life-threatening infection and it is highly recommended that you are vaccinated against it. We are sending barcoded flu invitation letter to eligible patients to attend one of the flu vaccination walk-in clinics being held at the surgery. https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/vaccinations/who-should-have-flu-vaccine/
Please be assured that we will be operating a socially distanced queuing system and strict infection control measures to reduce the risk of COVID-19. Please wear clothes which will make it easy for you to expose one of your shoulders. Please ensure you wear a face mask or face covering when you visit the surgery. We look forward to seeing you at one of the clinics.

Please note that people in the 50-64-year old age group (other than those who are in the clinical at risk group) will not be vaccinated until there is confirmation from the national team, providing there is sufficient vaccine, and no appointments will be offered for this age group until then. This is to ensure that those who are most at risk are vaccinated first. If you are 50-64 and you are in one of the other groups which is eligible for the flu vaccination, for example you have a health condition which puts you at risk from the flu, you will be invited earlier.
The Green Book has the latest information on vaccines and vaccination procedures, for vaccine preventable infectious diseases in the UK.
